The Vantage.
The current Vantage is Aston Martin's two-seat sports car, and the most driver-focused car in the core range. Its 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 makes 656 hp in standard form, driving the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic and an electronic rear differential.
The bonded aluminium structure was stiffened for this generation, and the car rides on bespoke Michelin tyres and 21-inch forged wheels. The cabin is compact and purposeful, with a 10.25-inch touchscreen and proper physical controls for the functions used most.
It suits a driver who values engagement and a front-engined, rear-drive layout, offered as a coupe or roadster, with the sharper Vantage S above the standard car.
