The A3.
The Audi A3 is Audi's entry-level compact luxury sedan, now in its fourth generation. For 2026 it carries over the prior year's update that made quattro all-wheel drive standard across the lineup, paired with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder rated at 201 hp and 221 lb-ft and a 7-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission.
The A3 is offered in Premium and Premium Plus trims. Content that was previously part of an optional Technology package, including a 12.3-inch Audi virtual cockpit plus digital instrument cluster, MMI navigation plus and traffic sign recognition, is now standard across the line for 2026, and Premium Plus adds a top-view camera and Park Assist Plus.
It suits buyers who want Audi's badge and standard all-wheel drive in the smallest, most affordable sedan the brand sells in the US.
