The S5.
The Audi S5 is the performance version of the new third-generation A5, sharing its liftback-sedan body and Premium Platform Combustion architecture while adding a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 rated at 362 hp and 406 lb-ft in place of the A5's four-cylinder. It pairs the engine with a 7-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission and standard quattro all-wheel drive with a quattro sport rear differential.
For 2027 the S5, like the A5, is sold in a single Premium trim built around option packages rather than separate trim tiers. Standard equipment includes S sport suspension and 19-inch wheels, with a firmer adaptive S sport suspension and larger wheels available.
It suits buyers who want A5 practicality and interior tech with meaningfully more power and a sportier chassis.
