Most of the cars we place are sitting in another state when we find them. An out-of-state purchase does not avoid your home-state tax — tax is collected where the car is registered, not where it was bought — but it does change the paperwork sequence and the risk of the title arriving wrong.

The part that goes wrong when people try it alone is the sequence: title transfer, sales tax treatment, plates, temporary tags, and getting the car home legally in the meantime. We handle all of it.

Lease

Lower monthly outlay, no exposure to what the car is worth in three years, and the option to walk away or buy it at the end. Most of our clients lease.

Finance

You own it. Makes sense if you plan to keep the car past the point where a lease ends, or if the car is likely to hold value.

Cash

Fastest close, no lender, no approval. Still worth running the numbers — cash is not automatically the cheapest route once you account for what that money would otherwise do.
