The 2026 Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe is the combustion-engine version of AMG's 4-door GT, sold as the GT 53 and GT 63 4MATIC+. The GT 53 uses an AMG-enhanced 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six with hybrid starter-generator assist, making 429 hp and 384 lb-ft through an AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT nine-speed transmission and AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive; the GT 63 steps up to a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with 577 hp and an AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT nine-speed transmission.
Mercedes quotes 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds for the GT 53 and 3.3 seconds for the GT 63, and the EPA rates the GT 53 at 19 mpg city and 24 highway. Both seat four, with a fifth seat optional, and this combustion generation is expected to be followed by an all-new, hybrid-only GT 4-Door for 2026-2027.
