The Electric GLC.
The GLC with EQ Technology is Mercedes-Benz's electric version of its compact luxury SUV, arriving at U.S. dealerships as a 2027 model in fall 2026. The GLC 400 4MATIC Electric uses dual electric motors producing 483 hp and 590 lb-ft through standard 4MATIC all-wheel drive, with a 94 kWh battery on an 800-volt architecture that the EPA rates at 350 miles of range.
DC fast charging at 330 kW can add roughly 188 miles in 10 minutes, and the SUV rides on a wheelbase 3.1 inches longer than the gasoline GLC's, which Mercedes says adds interior space. A single-chip NVIDIA DRIVE platform runs climate, driver assistance and infotainment functions, and an optional 39.1-inch MBUX Hyperscreen spans the dashboard; towing capacity is rated near 5,300 lbs.
It suits buyers who want a compact luxury SUV with gasoline-SUV-like capability but without the engine.
By the numbers.
