The 2026 BMW X3 is a compact luxury SUV from the fourth-generation X3 introduced for the 2025 model year. The X3 30 xDrive uses a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 48V mild-hybrid technology, rated at 255 hp and 295 lb-ft, paired with an eight-speed Steptronic automatic and standard xDrive all-wheel drive.
The lineup has two models: the X3 30 xDrive and the X3 M50 xDrive, which uses a 393-hp 3.0-liter inline-six. Cargo space is 31.5 cu ft behind the rear seats and 67.1 cu ft with them folded, towing is rated at up to 4,001 lb when properly equipped, and the X3 is assembled at BMW Plant Spartanburg in South Carolina.
