The X6 M.
The 2027 BMW X6 M Competition is the coupe-styled, high-performance version of the X6, from the F96 generation built at BMW Plant Spartanburg in South Carolina. It uses a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 with 48V mild-hybrid technology, rated at 617 hp and 553 lb-ft, with an eight-speed M Steptronic automatic and M xDrive all-wheel drive.
It is sold in a single Competition trim, with BMW quoting 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds and a 155-mph limited top speed, or 177 mph with the M Driver's Package. Its sloping roofline trades some practicality against the X5 M, with 27.4 cu ft of cargo space behind the rear seats and 59.6 cu ft with them folded.
It suits drivers who want V8 M performance in a five-seat SUV with a lower, coupe-like profile.
